Ana MorrisHi I'm Ana Morris. I formed Ideal Change because of my desire to share my passion for health and wellness.  A healthy body inside and out is an ideal goal I believe we all have, but at times it can be difficult to achieve. As a teenager I can remember several times when I got really frustrated about my weight, so with my family's support I tried several different approaches to losing weight including various weight loss programs.  As I tried to reach my weight loss goals I found myself running into various roadblocks, too costly, to much time, inconvenient, and the biggest one, just too darn hard. In my early twenties tired of feeling like I was "chubby" I decided to take a more disciplined approach and change my diet (smaller portions, cutting sweets, sodas, and having very small evening meals).

I lost about 25 lbs and now felt more comfortable going to a gym and exercising in front of others.  So I joined a local gym and really enjoyed the feeling of a good hard work out. I used the stair master, got involved in various aerobic activities, and added strength training two to three times per week. I even met my husband at the gym who is also very health oriented and enjoys exercising. Together we push and encourage each other. Even though I had achieved my weight loss goals and felt great, there were some areas that I still wanted to improve on. I stayed on my diet, but discovered that for the long term, eating a low calorie diet and working out quite hard was not getting me to the ultimate level I still wanted. Several years ago, I was introduced to a weight-loss method that emphasizes education and understanding on what causes you to gain weight and what helps you lose weight. The method and the message made sense to me and therefore I decided to give it a try.

On my first consultation, I said that I wanted to lose 10 lbs and get my BMI within the normal range. Well, the protocol for the method emphasized a loss of 3-4 lbs a week, which meant that I would lose the weight in about a month. It was the final piece of the puzzle I was looking for. Not only did I meet my weight loss goals, I lost 5 more additional pounds lbs and my body fat % is within normal for my age group. My body was re-shaped and it targeted the areas where I had fat and I gained the muscle definition that I knew was under there but not visible because of the layer of fat. I feel great, I am energized and have increased vitality. Since my weight loss I kept saying to myself, how can I share this with everyone. Ideal Change LLC gives me a way to share that success with others, so that they too could make an Ideal Change.

BarbaraBarbara Deyhle is a weight loss coach with Ideal Change. After losing close to 60 pounds on the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Program she desired to help others achieve the weight loss & it's benefits that they have dreamed of but never thought possible.

I started struggling with weight gain during my child bearing years. After the birth of each of my four sons, I worked hard to get the extra pounds off. By eating fewer calories (often starving myself), exercising like crazy and trying many other weight loss programs, I became frustrated and gave up.

Early in 2011 I noticed a friend's dramatic weight loss. I was amazed! He was losing pounds quickly, looked great and was happier and healthier than he had been in years. I wanted to know his secret!!! He had implemented the Ideal Change Weight Loss Method.

I began Phase 1 of the IP protocol in May and by mid-August I was at my high end goal weight having lost over 40 pounds. By October I reached my low goal weight and have been able to keep it off since.

The weekly one-on-one support, easy to follow diet plans and food products made my weight loss a success. Today I can say I enjoy daily runs, long bike rides and evening walks with my husband and dogs.

It is a joy and pleasure to have the privilege to work with others who like me have decided to take control of their lives and achieve the weight they have always dreamed of.

LoriMy name is Lori and I was once an Ideal Change Client almost 14 moths ago, I lost 42 pounds in about 8 months.

I truly believe in Ideal Change and when I was asked last summer to be part of the coaches, I was excited and more than ready to be supporting all new and not so new dieters.

This program has changed my life completely and I want to help dieters get the best results with us much help as possible. Since I been there done that kind of thing; I truly feel I can relate to all the challenges life brings us and how difficult life can be trying to lose weight.

I am bilingual I speak English and Spanish coming from a Mexican father and Italian-Canadian Mother, grow up in both Mexico and Canada and now living in beautiful Maryland with two beautiful girls and 3 year old Dachshund who is my personal waking buddy.

So here is my story:

Since turning 14 I have had to keep a close eye on what I ate so as to not gain weight. I maintained my weight in my twenties and thirties mainly through very restrictive eating which always seemed to end in my weight yo-yoing up and down 10 to 15 lbs. In my late thirties I had two children and with each pregnancy gained significant amounts of weight but was able to lose it again by starving myself. In my early forties a medication ended up putting significant weight on me. The combination of this and early menopause made it impossible for me to lose any weight at all no matter what I did. As a result my weight ballooned up to 220 lbs. For the next 12 years I tried every diet on the market with limited and temporary success yet the weight remained.

Three years ago my doctor at an annual physical told me about the Ideal Protein Protocol. I was able to lose nearly 80 lbs. in one year and have been able to keep it off because unlike other “diets” I was actually taught the science of how the body stores fat and how to keep this from happening while still being able to eat the foods that give me the most pleasure.

Because of how profoundly Ideal Protein changed my life, I decided to change my career and become a weight loss coach. I want to help others achieve health and success that I did.

SherrySherry Brown has been a weight loss coach with Ideal Change since July 2011. Sherry lost 50 pounds on the program and loves helping others to succeed in their weight loss journeys.

I have had a weight problem since childhood and remember being taken to Weight Watchers at the young age of 10 with my mother. I dieted most of my life, would lose weight and then gain back what was lost and even more. I was what you would call a yo yo dieter. Maintenance was not a word I was familiar with until I completed this program. I have been on every diet out there with variable results. The only thing they all had in common was that they had no maintenance program. By the time I started Ideal Change, I was basically eating too little food and put my body into starvation mode which caused an even bigger weight gain!

I was introduced to Ideal Change in 2010. I noticed how much weight my hairdresser lost and how wonderful she was looking and feeling. I was told all about the program from her and decided to make an appointment to see Ana. Initially, I was extremely hesitant based on my past experiences with weight loss programs. I started the program April 1st 2010 and by the end of the 4th week I lost 15.4 pounds. My motto became fit by 50, and by September of 2010 I reached my goal and lost 50 pounds.

I transitioned through Phases 2 - 4, and continued to succeed with the program. Throughout the program I have focused on the lessons I was taught about my eating habits/issues. Through careful meal planning I discovered it was not hard at all to maintain this amazing weight loss. What was even more amazing was the variety and quantity of food I could eat and maintain my weight. It was with the close monitoring and coaching provided by the program that I was successful. In addition, one of the most important lessons was to journal my food so to be sure I always to eat the right amounts of food from all food groups. I have maintained my weight loss for two and a half years now. I enjoy spinning and running five days a week now, along with strength training twice a week.
